- Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and analytics;
- Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions (with the help of content managers);
- Managing job sites as well as the company website and keeping them up to date;
- Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall;
- Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking;
- Collaborate closely with the HR Department to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures;
- Maintaining corporate documents and databases up to date;
- Reporting to HRD and hiring managers;
- Job market analysis and reviews making;
- Taking part in HR activities if needed.
🧜♀️ WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
- Familiarity with CS:GO, Rust and Dota2 (and if you play one of them you are already one step closer to the team);
- Work experience in developing the employer brand locally through advertising, participation in local hiring events, etc. (for future activities);
- Familiarity with the People Force HR Management System.
