Senior People Operations Manager

  • ‍Create policies and procedures & keep them up to date β€” no outdated rule survives under your watch;‍
  • Keep our HR systems clean and accurate, with every detail in place;‍
  • Guard the flow of spacers’ documents and data β€” no file or contract escapes your radar;‍
  • Automate and upgrade HR workflows using smart tools and AI magic (you can experiment with AI solutions as you wish);‍
  • Dive into HR analytics: create dashboards, reports, and insights that help us make smarter & faster moves, plus find bottlenecks, fix them, and make processes smoother;‍
  • Launch and analyze surveys if needed β€” turn data into real action;‍
  • Partner with People Partners & HRD to level up ELC, learning, and wellbeing projects.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸš€ YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

  • 3+ years of experience in People Ops/HR Operations/HR Admin (product or tech);
  • Deep understanding of the full Employee Lifecycle β€” from first β€œhey” to offboarding GG;
  • Practical experience working with HR systems (HiBob/PeopleForce/BambooHR, etc.);
  • Skilled in working with HR metrics and analytics β€” you don’t guess, you measure;
  • Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, coordination;
  • Confident with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets β€” formulas are your spells;
  • Experience automating HR processes and improving workflows;
  • Experience with AI tools for HR (or curiosity to explore them) β€” optional but awesome;
  • Analytical thinker who sees systems, not chaos;
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-obsessed, even under high-speed mode;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • English β€” B2 level or higher.
